“Thrive: Positioning Ourselves for Growth” was an appropriate theme indeed: so many amazing things taking place in Canada, in the Foursquare Churches right now. The desire to see even more growth, the PASSION for the lost, the obedience to the Great Commission became so evident when the time came for Lizzie (Jorgensen, Foursquare Missions Coordinator) to present our mission to Estonia.
No one in that room was more surprised than us by the reaction of everyone in the room when the announcement was made. People were truly celebrating our commissioning – they literally stood up clapping and shouting! It was quite emotional and positively overwhelming.
I (Anneli) truly knew then that we are not going alone – Foursquare Canada is behind us with prayers and support. I really, really felt it.
After that night’s session we had a pleasure of meeting quite the number of Foursquare people all over Canada, with amazing stories from their own journeys in the mission fields or experiences in their local churches. We laughed, cried, and prayed together. Canada is filled with amazing people. Our hearts are full…

Ahead of us are busy 3 months of preparations. We’ve booked some speaking engagements in the GTA churches where we are going to be sharing our vision. In addition to that we are currently living in the midst of renovations, getting our house ready to be rented out while we’re overseas (we will appreciate prayers in this matter!).
Considering all the things we need to get done before our deployment things have gone incredibly smoothly, from finding a place to live in Haapsalu to signing kids up for daycare once we’re there.
God is good.
