The past few weeks that lead up to our departure to Estonia were absolutely crazy. I don’t think I have EVER experienced a time like this in my life before. The actual day of our flight we were selling our car, shopping around for house insurance, communicating with tenants, painting, installing doors, etc etc. a few hours before departure I finally started packing and at that point I was literally just throwing stuff into suitcases.
Finally we made it to the airport with 9 suitcases + carry-on.
When the plane took off, the realization set in: we’ve made it. With the help of family, friends and neighbors we had managed to wrap up our lives in Canada and we have now entered a new chapter in our lives.
Stay tuned for a new post coming soon of our lives in Estonia!

Here’s a little sneak peak of our awesome dining/John’s office area. Lots of black rye bread is being eaten at this table.
